Well at this point I post my report here:
Apparently i found other little bugs in latest FinalBurn R2 WIP :-)
1 - During game i can't switch-off the FPS counter, if i start a game without the counter activation, i can active it by pressing F5 (and that's ok)
However if during game i re-press again the F5 key then the counter will never gone ...
But the same if instead i start a game with the FPS counter enabled by default, in this case the counter will be correctly showed by default (that's ok)
But again if i press F5 to switch off it, then nothing happen ... aka the counter still forever visible on screen (and sometimes even worse as it doesn't numbered the FPS anymore)
So another moment to fix
2 - Super Volley 91 (svolley.zip) --> This game now start and the graphics are more or less visible, but still there are some graphical problems (the screen doesn't mantain its correct resolution while i'm using the "nofilter") and audio doesn't work too
In general the game still almost broken
3 - In locale i found a string that (even if translated in my italian file) still continue to remain in english
This one: FirePrefs Fire
I hope that atleast you received my first mail, there were the latest italian translation (done at 100%)
4 . I got an ISI crash, it happen when i put a game in pause (pressing "P")
The game is "Garou" (a NeoGeo beat'em up)

I have tested here with fps count with full stop restart window mode with all render he working fine, you have no problems with your screenmode and your screen (cut your image)

Yes but in game have you tried to disactivate the FPS pressing F5 ?
Because here disactivation of FPS seems broken ... please check it :-)

Aniway if you didn't received my previews mail it was that:
In "GUI settings" i have a problem with the "Show romset" option
If i choose "Availible only" the entire romsets of the selected platform continue to be showed entirely instead to list me only my real availible games ...
So in short here we have 2 different but important bugs, one about the disactivation of the FPS and another one about the "GUI settings" filters

Another game that doesn't work correctly anymore is Double Dragon from Technos
The game more or less start, but the are big issues with the screen, audio doesn't work too ... and i can't be able to put any credits if i want to play it :-(
In general the game seems suffering the same problem of Super Volley 91

I think to have found another problematic bug !
When i play with a MegaDrive game i do a save state pressing "S" ... at first of course all goes well so when i pressed "L" (for reloading the state) all were remembered and i was able to rebegin to play in the exact position i was before
However during my testing i close FBA and then i reload the game from scratch, then i was changing the game configuration putting the audio to OFF (no audio)
So i reload the game again and i pressed "L" hoping that the game could be restored in that state normally ...
But not !

I'm not 100% sure but probably my previews save state goes broken because i changed the "in game" configuration, it's a possibility ...
